I’m pursuing 3 professional qualifications to become chartered in Human Resources and Customer Service Management namely Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (CIHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Chartered Institute of Customer Service Management (CICSM). I’ve been granted doctoral fellowship in 2 of them through direct membership while I’ll need to sit for exams for one. The cost now is overwhelming after having expended the little I have.
